‘Shaping the future food systems together’ is the central theme of the Foodvalley Summits 2020: an interactive, live-broadcast event, covering the latest market trends, innovations, opportunities and challenges in the fields of the Protein Shift, Food & Health and Circular Agrifood. The Foodvalley Summits, organized for entrepreneurs, researchers, policy makers and many other agrifood experts around the world, will take place on October 13.

The Agrifood program on October 14 has been cancelled. The summit will be divided into multiple online summits over the coming months.

Foodvalley Summits partners

The Foodvalley Summits 2020 are organized by Foodvalley NL, in close cooperation with the New Zealand-based food and innovation hub FoodHQ, the Good Food Institute (India), Enterprise Singapore, and – from the Netherlands – OnePlanet Research Center and Samen tegen Voedselverspilling (Together Against Food Waste).

Foodvalley Champions award

This two-year prize, the successor to the prestigious Foodvalley award, is handed out to the three most innovative companies in the fields of the Protein Shift, Food & Health and Circular AgriFood. Participants are evaluated on (1) the innovative character of the company and (2) the impact and innovative character of (their) recent innovation(s). The prize includes a promotional video showcasing the winner’s innovation, international profiling by Foodvalley NL and a one-year Foodvalley Membership. Read more about this years’ nominees.

Register

Tickets for the Foodvalley Summits are on sale via the Foodvalley Summits website. They come in three types: a full ticket that gives access to all presentations and table talks (€95), a 2/3 ticket that allows participation in 2 out of 3 Summits of (your) choice (€85), and a 1/3 ticket that gives access to 1 Summit of (your) choice (€50). Prices are per person, and exclude 21% VAT. The tickets also give access to the publications that will be available online, for all participants, after the event.
